That experience shows up at the customer site. Our Closed Loop Waste Integration system reclaims film from a customer’s own supply stream and recycles it onsite, keeping the material in the cycle instead of sending it to landfill. We also developed a method for turning imperfect raw materials into distinctive substrates that carry more than 50 percent post-consumer recycled resin.
Our plant is one of only three in the United States that can extrude and process ungauge and thick/thin film. We print with 100 percent water-based inks. In 2019, California selected us as one of five recipients under its Recycled Fiber, Plastic, and Glass Grant Program.
